Do I need any art experience?
Not at all. All of our experiences are designed for beginners and curious creatives alike. You’ll be guided step by step, with plenty of freedom to make the artwork your own. No pressure, no perfection required.
What is a guided art experience?
A guided art experience means you’ll be led through the process in a relaxed, supportive way—learning techniques, materials, and creative approaches without rigid rules. Our goal is for you to enjoy the process just as much as the finished piece.
Are food or drinks included?
We include complimentary sips and refreshments at all of our sessions. Private party and corporate bookings are welcome to BYOB and light snacks.
What materials are included?
All necessary art materials are provided unless otherwise noted. This includes canvases or surfaces, paints, tools, and guidance. You just need to show up ready to create.
How long are the classes?
Most experiences last between 1.5 and 2.5 hours, depending on the project. Exact duration is listed on each class booking page.
Will my artwork look exactly like the example?
No—and that’s a good thing. The example is a guide, not a requirement. Every piece will reflect your personal style, choices, and interpretation. Creativity is encouraged.
What should I wear?
Wear what you would like, we provide aprons for you to wear. With that said, accidents do happen and Apricity does not take responsibility for paint stains.
Do I need to bring anything?
Nope. Everything you need is provided unless otherwise specified. Just bring yourself and a willingness to try something new.
Can I attend alone?
Absolutely. Many guests come solo and enjoy the peaceful, creative atmosphere. You’ll never feel out of place.
Can I come with friends or book multiple seats together?
Yes. You can book multiple seats during checkout. If you’re attending with friends but booking separately, we recommend noting this during booking so we can seat you together when possible.
Do you offer private parties?
Yes. We host private creative events for birthdays, bachelorettes, baby showers, celebrations, and group gatherings. Private events can be customized based on group size, experience type, and timing.
Do you offer corporate or team-building events?
Yes. We offer custom corporate and team experiences designed to encourage creativity, connection, and collaboration. These can be hosted in-studio or on location.
Do you travel for off-site events?
Yes. Off-site and on-location events are available for larger groups or special occasions. Availability and pricing depend on location, group size, and experience type.
What is your refund or cancellation policy?
Due to the nature of event-based experiences and advance preparation, all bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If you’re unable to attend, you may be able to transfer your seat to another guest—please contact us as soon as possible.
What if I’m running late?
We recommend arriving on time to get the full experience. Late arrivals may miss introductory guidance, but we’ll do our best to help you settle in.

How do I book?
You can view upcoming classes and book directly through our website. Private parties and corporate events can be requested through our inquiry forms.
Is this a paint and sip?
Not in the typical paint-by-number sense. If you’re searching for paint and sip or sip and paint, Apricity Artworks is a more elevated take: guided art experiences with more freedom, modern projects, and a calm studio vibe. We include complimentary sips and refreshments, and private parties can BYOB.
Do you offer paint night or sip and paint near St. Pete?
Yes. We’re located in Pinellas Park, minutes from St. Petersburg, and our experiences are a great option if you’re looking for a paint night, girls night, date night, or things to do near St. Pete.
Is Apricity Artworks good for date night?
Absolutely. Many guests book our evening sessions as a date night idea—it’s interactive, relaxed, and you leave with artwork that feels personal (not cookie-cutter).
Is there an age requirement?
Our public classes are designed for adults, but some experiences can be great for teens with a booked private party. If you’re planning a family group, reach out and we’ll recommend the best format.
Do you host kids’ birthday parties?
Apricity is primarily an adult-focused studio experience. For younger groups, private events may be possible depending on the project and age range—message us and we’ll guide you to the best option.
How many people can you host in-studio?
We can host up to 14 people at our location. If you have a larger group, we may recommend booking a private event time, or hosting on-location.
Do you offer on-location / mobile paint parties?
Yes. For larger groups or convenience, we can bring the experience to your home, office, or venue. On-location availability and pricing depend on group size, location, and project type.
Can you customize the project theme for a party?
Yes. Private parties can often be customized based on your celebration (birthday, bachelorette, baby shower, etc.) and your group’s vibe.
Do you provide everything for private parties and team building?
Yes, materials, instruction, and setup/cleanup are included. You just bring your people (and BYOB/snacks if you’d like).
Can our company pay by card and receive an invoice?
Yes. We can provide an invoice/receipt for corporate bookings and accept standard company payment methods.
What if I’ve never painted or I’m “not creative”?
You’re exactly who this is for. We guide you through the process in a relaxed way, and your piece will still look elevated because the project design + techniques do a lot of the heavy lifting.
Do you have parking?
Yes. We have easy parking. There is a parking lot directly in front of our building, and a second parking lot for overflow parking.
