Studio Policies

Registration & Payment
All classes require advance registration. Payment is due at the time of booking to reserve your spot. We do not accept walk-ins.

Age Requirement
All experiences at Apricity Artworks are 18+. This includes all participants. We are unable to accommodate children, infants, or observers in the studio.

Participation Policy
All guests in the studio must be registered participants. Observers are not permitted, as each experience is designed to be hands-on and shared by the full group.

Arrival Time
Please plan to arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss important instruction, and in some cases may not be able to participate. Missed classes are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Cancellations & Transfers
All sales are final.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class are eligible for studio credit, valid for 60 days.
Cancellations within 48 hours, no-shows, and same-day cancellations are not eligible for credit.

You are welcome to transfer your spot to a friend if you’re unable to attend. Please notify us in advance.

Class Changes or Cancellations
Apricity Artworks reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In the rare event this occurs, guests will be notified and offered a refund or studio credit.
